White Sage is sacred to many Indigenous cultures around the world. When burned, the smoke is used to energetically cleanse auras and spaces from negative influences. This is what is referred to as ‘smudging’.

It is believed to elevate mood levels, alleviate stress, and even minimise pain. Not only does it cleanse energetically but it also cleanses the air of bacteria, mould spores, and dust.
