Please note we will contact you via the email or what’s app number provided to inform you your order is ready and request your delivery address. We / or you if you wish, will book the driver and you will pay the driver upon delivery or via the app in advance. Please tip the driver if you can. They will so appreciate it!

How long does an order take to arrive?
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Yes, we currently ship to Australia, the United States, and Indonesia.

What is the status of my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. We get to work processing it within 24-48 hours.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will check and reach out to our warehouse to request for your order to be canceled. Once confirmed, we will contact you.
If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, it is usually because the package has already been shipped.
